Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to live. The landlord was very attentive and always quick to respond whenever something came up. It was clear Ferdinand genuinely cares about the property and the tenants, which made a big difference. We would happily rent here again.

home away from home

Wow! Ferdinand's place was exceptional. I had a really lovely stay here. The space was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with so much attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal-quiet yet close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. What really set this experience apart was the landlord-truly the best I've ever had. Incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. It made such a difference knowing I was in good hands. I'd absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Host

Stayed here with a friend for about 3 months during an internship nearby. The host is incredibly accommodating and responsive, and the unit had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great stay! Clean apartment, nice landlord!

I stayed at this property for 3 months and it was very nice! The interior is very clean. Close proximity to grocery stores, the Rose Garden, the Rose Garden Library, downtown San Jose, the airport, the Alameda, Yakini Q (popular all you can Korean BBQ restaurant, which is super close), and a soccer/football field/track/baseball fields. Ferdinand was also a great landlord. He was very responsive and never overbearing! There's a pullout couch for having guests over, which is nice as well. I would highly recommend this place to a friend. Great value for the price!

It was a great 3 month stay at this property! The host is very welcoming and responsive, the apartment is in great condition, and the location is close to all the amenities we need.

Great price, great stay, and great hospitality! Our landlord was very inviting and made sure we felt safe and comfortable at home. He made it seem like we're family to him and it was nice to have that for a 3 month stay away from home. Space was perfect for my partner and I so it felt like a big space for the two of us. Would highly recommend for the price, service, and space. We would definitely book this space again.
