Comfy House

I stayed here for a couple months while relocating. Ample space on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is awesome, drawers for all my toiletries and counter space for makeup/hair stuff. Two sweet cats live here, Cornelius is very social and Pickle is shy and just needed time to warm up. My dog and the cats get along well, which has been nice. The house is pretty big and has calm, relaxed energy. Jason is a very kind and thoughtful person. He answered tons of questions, very accommodating and just really went above and beyond when helping me settle in. We get along well, and I now consider Jason a friend! The neighborhood is lovely, feels safe and has a lot of trees. Street parking is easy. Its fun to walk around the neighborhood, look at all the big houses and there are nature trails close. As a female in a new city, I never felt the least bit uncomfortable living with Jason or walking around the neighborhood. Staying here was a very pleasant experience.

inviting and peaceful

Jason and his two lovely cats were wonderful hosts during my 3 month stay in Philadelphia. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The area is safe and walkable.

Ideal spot, great host

This suite is ideal. Lots of space, and very comfortable with cozy furniture. And a great location! Jason is very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The suite is the entire 3rd floor of a large house and feels private. There are many really nice touches, including the claw foot tub with a wooden tray to hold your book while you took a bath for example. The house is only a few blocks to a huge park with hiking trails, as well as very close to public transportation. This was an ideal spot for a longer term stay, as it has everything you need.
