Erin is% an AMAZING host! The room looked AND felt like home when I arrived. Entire house is very clean and comfortable. She has a nice pool take that I loved. She provided a welcome basket with toiletries; provided towels, streaming app subscriptions. Her 2 cats are amazing and love sitting with you. The neighborhood is very quiet well maintained and anything you need, grocery shopping, food places, etc., is in really close proximity. The neighbors are extremely nice and very welcoming. Erin as a person is very sweet and extremely accommodating host. I enjoyed staying there and would 100% stay there again. No doubt!

E truly is the best host you could ask for! I was nervous to rent a room from a stranger, but E has been so welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless when I arrived, and she provided a cute little basket with toiletries and recommendations for things to do in the area. She cleared ample kitchen space for me, and keeps the shared spaces clean. The community is very quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. Her two cats are very well behaved and great lounge partners when lying on the couch! E truly is a thoughtful, kind human who is easy to live with.
