Mayfield Manor Eclectic Space

Great place!

Excellent stay. Close to all the hospitals, easy access to freeways, safe neighborhood. Initially thought it was a duplex, but it's the whole house except the owner's bedroom. it's much larger than appears in the pictures. Al is great, prompt communication and an easy rental process. Highly recommend, I'll stay here again if I ever come back to Wichita.

Great home-away-from-home for travelers

This cozy house in the College Hill Neighborhood was everything I needed as a healthcare traveler working a contract at nearby Wesley Medical Center. Allison was very responsive by text anytime I had a question, which was not very often. Highlights include beautiful wood floors, a spacious living area with comfortable furniture, a smart TV, a small desk, plenty of kitchen space for food prep, driveway parking, and a Nest thermostat for temperature control. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is well-insulated so traffic from nearby Central Ave is not an issue. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.
