Great home and hospitable host

I stayed with Michelle for about 6 months and it was a great place to call home. My room was clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, accurate to the pictures, and was a great sanctuary after a long day. The smart tv and wifi worked great and Michelle was always quick to address any issues I brought up. Michelle keeps the house wonderfully clean and fresh, which was a wonderful change from other places I've been. The location is ideal. The neighborhood is a great place for walks as it doesn't have a lot of through traffic, and there's a community gym 400 feet away. There are nearby parks and many food options just a few miles away. If work brings be back down to San Antonio, I will absolutely be staying with Michelle again. She is one of the most gracious, generous, and hospitable hosts I know. Highly recommend!

A renters nightmare

The room is not as advertised in the pictures. Within the first 2 weeks of moving in the landlord told me to take off the sheets which were white and blue at the time and gave me pink ones to replace them. The tv does not work with the landlords wifi and constantly crashes. On the landlords days off she cleans the house and makes loud noise all day while dominating the comman areas and making you feel uncomfortable if you come out if your room for any reason. The landlord in general gives blank stares and acts bothered if she sees you at all in any common areas of the house. The landlord constantly makes backhanded comments and has even on occasion insulted me directly to my face. If something is broken she will take a lot of time to fix it, or not fix it at all as in case of the tv which was reported to her in the first week that I arrived and was never fixed up until the time I moved. I would advise against renting here.
