The best stay ever
This is the best listing I've ever found on furnished finder! Michelle and Franklin are very friendly, accommodating, and truly made this a very fun and comfortable experience. They were very generous and helpful when my dog when I needed it and made us feel like we were part of the family. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you will be in the area. It was such a fun and welcoming place to live and I miss it already!

10 stars! A welcoming, comfortable, and safe home.
I had the absolute pleasure of living at this property for a year, and it was truly a fantastic experience. I couldn't have asked for better landlord/roommates. They were incredibly generous, polite, and inclusive, I felt right at home from day one. The neighborhood is very nice, well kept, and filled with friendly people, perfect for leisurely walks. In addition, the owner has a security system for an added layer of comfort and peace of mind. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed. The large room, closet, and bathroom with heated floors (uh-mazing!) provided a comfortable living environment. The wellstocked kitchenette had a midsize fridge, microwave, and single top, making meal prep convenient & easy. The backyard is a highlight, beautifully maintained and a joy to spend time in during the summer months. Overall, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

Highly Recommend!
I relocated to Colorado from Oregon almost two years ago, and choosing this rental was the best decision I made! M and F are incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous. They not only made me feel at home, but like I was a part of the family. The basement unit is spacious and private, and the backyard is perfect for getting some fresh air and sunshine year round. I often take my dog for walks in the evenings and the neighborhood feels very safe. The location is great for getting to all of the fun activities in and around Denver as well. I'm headed to the East Coast next and what I will miss most about Colorado is this wonderful family, I couldn't recommend this rental more!
