Beautiful home in KC!
As a medical student who moves around a lot, this was one of my favorite places Ive stayed. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable close to Walmart, Price Chopper, Starbucks, and fast food spots. The house is beautiful, super clean, and cozy. I stayed on the second floor with a lovely desk by the window perfect for studying. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living room was so comfy to relax in. Mark did an amazing job with the renovations and made sure the house had everything to make it feel like home. Theres even a peaceful backyard to hang out in. Mark is also a great host kind, super responsive, and always ready to help with anything. He truly cares about his tenants and keeps the place in top shape. If Im ever back in Kansas, Id stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had the best experience staying at this property. The house is fully renovated, well-kept, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely, on a quiet, beautiful street and conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, and groceries. The basement bathroom was luxurious, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Mark, the landlord, is responsive and personally handles all property maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for future visits to the KC area!

my stay here was great! the neighborhood is super quiet considering it consisted of mostly families. Mark the landlord was super friendly and took care of the property very well even went the extra mile to clean the snow out of the driveway and my car after a storm. The location is great 15 min from downtown KC and grocery stores like Aldi, walmart and price chopper right down the road from the house. The kitchen is also newly renovated. definitely recommend this stay!

So cute!
This place was one of my favorite places to stay during my traveling stent. I loved this house. It is close to many things, close to the KU med, and I always felt safe. Kitchen has everything you need. Land lord very responsive to make your stay comfortable. I would stay here again if the chance arose.
