What this property offers
The house has been completely remodeled over the last few years. It was remodeled with higher end finishes. Big back yard with a covered porch to relax on. The neighborhood is very quiet with a mix of young families and people that have been there for years. I lived there for several years before taking on another house to remodel, so I took a lot of pride in the house and loved the neighborhood.
There are Smart TV's in every bedroom, and in the common areas. Each bedroom has keypad locks so each guest has security for their individual rooms.
Roeland Park is a small quiet neighborhood that is very safe and easy to get anywhere in KC. Most of the major hospitals are within a few miles. Everything you need from grocery stores to great local restaurants within minutes of the house.

I had the best experience staying at this property. The house is fully renovated, well-kept, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely, on a quiet, beautiful street and conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, and groceries. The basement bathroom was luxurious, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Mark, the landlord, is responsive and personally handles all property maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else for future visits to the KC area!
my stay here was great! the neighborhood is super quiet considering it consisted of mostly families. Mark the landlord was super friendly and took care of the property very well even went the extra mile to clean the snow out of the driveway and my car after a storm. The location is great 15 min from downtown KC and grocery stores like Aldi, walmart and price chopper right down the road from the house. The kitchen is also newly renovated. definitely recommend this stay!
This place was one of my favorite places to stay during my traveling stent. I loved this house. It is close to many things, close to the KU med, and I always felt safe. Kitchen has everything you need. Land lord very responsive to make your stay comfortable. I would stay here again if the chance arose.

I have lived in the Kansas City area for over 20 years and have worked as a medical device rep for various medical companies over that time. Over the years I have had many conversations with travelling medical staff, so I feel that I have a very good understanding of what is important when they are looking for housing. I saw the need for travelling medical staff and decided to turn this townhouse into a a place that someone can relax at after a long shift.
