Great Stay!

Stayed here for almost 6 months while traveling for work and it has everything you would need! The area is very convenient to the interstate, shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and the movie theatre. The place itself is designed beautifully with modern touches and well equipped with all you would need for a long term stay. The owner is very responsive and onsite if you need anything. I would highly recommend this space!

Great Place to Stay

I am a 4th year medical student doing audition rotations. I stayed here for a month, and it was fantastic. The place was clean and very well managed. The landlord was wonderful to interact with and was able to fix any problems that arose quickly. The lighting is great if you have interviews coming up too. I had two interviews during my time here and on both occasions my interviewers mentioned how great my lighting was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property has it all! Easy access to major highways or take a leisurely stroll through this gorgeous neighborhood and enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, yoga, and more. This unit is super convenient for anyone in the healthcare industry as it has great proximity to Orlando's hospitals. This is a great price for a one bedroom apartment in the upscale Winter Park area. The owners are onsite, friendly, and happy to assist. Highly recommend!

FaNTASTIC STAY!

This property has it all! Easy access to major highways or take a leisurely stroll through downtown winter and its gorgeous neighborhood. Enjoyed nearby shops, restaurants, gyms and more. This unit is super convenient for anyone in the healthcare industry as it has great proximity to Orlando's hospitals. I have stayed at this property before and each stay has been relaxing and very enjoyable. This is a great price for a one bedroom studio so close to Park Ave in the upscale Winter Park area. Great Find!

Traveling for work and wanted to be close to everything like great restaurants, boutique shopping and major grocery stores. The Apartment was super clean, cozy and quiet. Tim the host was super accommodating. and unit came with great amenities, i really loved the rain fall shower. On Saturdays, the farmers market was a nice treat.
