Comfortable and Convenient!!!

I really enjoyed my time living here and would absolutely recommend it!! The home is modern, clean, and very well maintained. My room and personal bathroom was spacious with plenty of room to feel settled rather than like I was in a temporary rental. The furnishings and appliances are updated and everything I needed was already there, which made moving in incredibly easy. The owner was easy to communicate with and made the entire experience seamless!

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful experience staying here and wish I could've stayed longer but I moved back west. The room was spacious, the furniture was updated and comfortable, and the entire home was exceptionally clean and well cared for.. The property is in a great location, and the landlord was friendly, responsive, and great to work with throughout my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to live.

I stayed here for over a year and a half and had a great experience. The home was always clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed-from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furniture and appliances. The location is very convenient with easy access to both I-25 and I-225. Having an HOA that takes care of snow removal was a huge plus, and the attached garage made winter even easier. The landlord was responsive and easy to work with throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to call home.
