First off, this lady lied that it's available until september 13 because i am still living here until tomorrow. She wants to tell you how to live in her house. Landlords cannot tell you how to live. They can make rules in the contract like no smoking. She came into the property while i was working, never told me nor had my permission, to be spiteful and take away the batteries to the AC programmer on the wall. Also, the cleaning fee is really a surface cleaning, and not a deep cleaning. So you will be sharing a lot of left over shedding skin with previous people that slept here. Thankfully i bought my own bedding. STAY FAR AWAY
