Absolutely Amazing Experience

I had a wonderful experience renting a room from Laura and her parents, Debbe and Tom! The home was always warm, and inviting. Laura, who manages the home, is fun, kind, patient, helpful, and professional when needed. Communication was always quick, and any concerns were handled right away. The house is very tidy and well cared for. Even though there are pets, the home always smelled fresh and I never had issues with pet hair. Noel the dog is charming and loving, and Griffin the cat is a perfect gentleman. I quickly felt like I gained a friend in Laura, and I would happily rent from them again if I ever needed to. You will love it here!!

Great place to stay

Overall, Great place to stay. The house is spacious, clean, and the landlord is very responsive and understanding of the needs of the tenants. Would recommend! I stayed here for approximately 7 months

Excellent stay

I had an excellent stay during my time here. Extremely reasonable price in Ruby Hill, very convenient location. The house was clean and tidy with all necessary amenities provided, including tupperware and cooking ware for guests staying. There are three bedrooms for guests and the property manager (the daughter of the owner) has her own room. The rooms were well appointed and the people I stayed with were all young professionals in the medical or finance fields. Most people seem to stay a few months. I found the owner and the property manager to be very friendly. If there were any issues, I could reach out to them and they would respond very quickly. They were also proactive to let me know about any potential repairs being done and to solicit feedback. As a remote worker, I travel around a fair deal and typically am in locations for several months. I will definitely have this on my list for when I am in town next time.

Debbe, Landlord was terrific. However she's in another state. Her house manager does not keep it deep cleaned. With 4 tenants a housecleaning service should be there every once every 2-3 weeks to thoroughly clean the main level. I was a Landlord & did this for many years. The air vents are filled with dust, carpets need cleaning, etc. I saved pictures.

Great Place!

I had an amazing experience staying here and greatly enjoyed my time at this house! House was very homey, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Host was very sweet and accommodating. I enjoyed my time staying there and would highly recommend!
