Highly recommend for traveling professionals looking for a safe and hassle free stay. I rented the same apartment for almost 10 months in this safe & nice neighborhood. I took my dog on walks regularly, including around the middle school across the street, and always felt comfortable. Chris was professional and quick to respond if I had any questions. If anything in the unit needed attention, it was handled right away. You have your own designated parking spot. If I ever get the pleasure to return to Des Moines for work, Chris will be the first person I will reach out to for a place to stay. Thanks again for everything Chris! -Melissa

Exceptional host who truly went above and beyond!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying Chris property , and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Chris went above and beyond in every possible way. The space was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a long-term stay. But what really stood out was the care and attention he showed throughout my time there. He was incredibly responsive .There was a real sense that they cared about my comfort and well-being, not just as a tenant but as a person. Whether youre a traveling professional, student, or just need a temporary place to feel at home, youll be in amazing hands with Chris . Its rare to find such a kind, reliable, and thoughtful host. Great property! Great management

Chris had been great to work with for 7 months I stayed in Des Moines for my contract work. I stayed at 2 of the properties he managed with the last one is very spacious, bought all new kitchen utensils, kitchen ears etc. Property is very nice and is located close to downtown Des Moines and close to mostly everything you need to go eat, groceries, movies etc.

Great place to live

The property was a great place. C is very attentive and easy to get in touch with if any problems. The location is excellent and accessible to iowa methodist hospital. Also very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The location is quiet. I have enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely choose it again. Very home like atmosphere. I can even walk to the park and enjoy the scenery.
