Cozy & Spacious Apartment

This rental had everything my fiance and I needed for our 13-week contract in Gastonia. We were super close to work and had plenty of space for the two of us! Sandra was VERY accommodating and offered us any toiletries/supplies if needed. She was also very responsive and helpful. We had some heavy snow and ice days during our stay and she made sure our entrance was accessible. We greatly enjoyed afternoon walks in the safe and quiet neighborhood and would absolutely come back for a visit. Thanks again!!

Amazing rental

I stayed here for 3 months while I worked at CaroMont Health. Great location for driving to and from work, with little to traffic. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean with supplies provided to get started. Very friendly landlord.

Great Apartment for Rent

As a travel nurse this was a great rental in an ideal location! Close to my contract hospital, Caromont. With an awesome Landlord :-) . Who was very responsive, and provided supplies from cookware to bedding. This rental made me enjoy my time in the Charlotte area.

Loved it

I stay here 2 months. It was quite, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for work. The landlord lived above and most of the time I had no idea if she was even there. She was great friendly and would take care of anything you needed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing place!

Amazing rental with a fabulous host. Great location to Caromont. The house is cozy, clean and quiet. You can't go wrong with this rental!
