Cozy in the Creek

I had the pleasure of staying here for my 13 week assignment and would do it again. Sandra was so kind and thoughtful. She provided new unopened linens, towels and wash cloths with the tags still on them, cleaning products, etc. The space was fresh and inviting, ready to move right in. The beds were comfortable. There was a great amount of time and focus ensuring that everything in the apartment felt clean and new for me. The kitchen has all that one needs, Keurig style coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator, a nice big pantry. It was very convenient to meal prep. She even provided plastic storage containers for me to bring my lunch to work. The shower/bath is big and comfy with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Washer/dryer in the bathroom. It was a fantastic 3 months here...Sandra is quick to respond to any inquiry. The neighborhood has a 1/2 mile loop I walked frequently. 10 minute drive to Gaston Regional Medical Center.

Cozy & Spacious Apartment

This rental had everything my fiance and I needed for our 13-week contract in Gastonia. We were super close to work and had plenty of space for the two of us! Sandra was VERY accommodating and offered us any toiletries/supplies if needed. She was also very responsive and helpful. We had some heavy snow and ice days during our stay and she made sure our entrance was accessible. We greatly enjoyed afternoon walks in the safe and quiet neighborhood and would absolutely come back for a visit. Thanks again!!

Amazing rental

I stayed here for 3 months while I worked at CaroMont Health. Great location for driving to and from work, with little to traffic. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean with supplies provided to get started. Very friendly landlord.

Great Apartment for Rent

As a travel nurse this was a great rental in an ideal location! Close to my contract hospital, Caromont. With an awesome Landlord :-) . Who was very responsive, and provided supplies from cookware to bedding. This rental made me enjoy my time in the Charlotte area.

Loved it

I stay here 2 months. It was quite, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for work. The landlord lived above and most of the time I had no idea if she was even there. She was great friendly and would take care of anything you needed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing place!

Amazing rental with a fabulous host. Great location to Caromont. The house is cozy, clean and quiet. You can't go wrong with this rental!
