Prime location, great landlord

Alla was a wonderful landlord and incredibly thoughtful. She checked in multiple times before I moved in asking if I needed anything then again through my stay. She really did think of everything, from Tupperware to cleaning supplies. I moved in around the holidays and she even put up some festive decorations! The apartment was great. Plenty of room, huge closet in the bedroom with a ton of space and another big closet in the living room and a linen closet in the bathroom. All the appliances were of great condition too. The location was perfect. I walked down to sculpture park every night in December to watch the holiday drones. Plenty of parks nearby to walk the dog and it was so nice walking to work, dinner, shows and everything going on downtown. This was a great chapter in a wonderful spot!

Best Location in Downtown Denver!

First, I want to start by saying that Alla was a great host! She was extremely responsive to all of my asks, and I have to say that I had a lot of questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The views are even better than pictured, too. You are truly right in the middle of downtown. Also important to mention: my girlfriend stayed with me for a couple weeks and found the area to feel pretty safe. I also found the condo staff to be very welcoming. Keith worked the front desk and was great with helping with package delivery. The parking is also very convenient being in the basement. Overall, this apartment is one of the best in the city!
