Extremely pleasant Stay

It was such a pleasure staying with Tiffany and Joe. They made everything easier for me during my stay. They are honest, accommodating, and friendly. They stay in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood which was perfect for my morning and afternoon jogs. Their home is clean and the room and bed are very comfortable. I enjoyed having the mini fridge and the microwave in my room to accommodate my late night snacking habit. The private bathroom has plenty of storage for my things and the water is hot and strong. I could say so many great things about my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay and I hope their place is available if I find myself back in Dayton!! Thank you two so much for sharing your home with me.

Home Away From Home!

I had a great stay here during my 3-month travel assignment. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was a peaceful place to come back to after long workdays, Tiffany and Joe were responsive and respectful. I truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place to other travel professionals.

Wonderful Home to Stay

Wonderful place to stay. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. The house is clean, well-kept, and nicely set up. The neighborhood is quiet, which makes it easy to relax, and the off-street parking is very convenient. It is also very close to the hospital, which makes it a great option for anyone traveling there for work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Comforting and accommodating

i lived in this place for 2 months and i really had a good time. The house is well maintained and has all the amenities one could ever need. The owners are very friendly and sweet. I highly recommend this place as it is very close to all parts of dayton.

Great people. Great place.

My wife says I word things wrong. So if something I say doesnt seem flattering then Ive been misunderstood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! They keep a very clean very nicely furnished home. They were always welcoming and very approachable. The few issues that arose were solved immediately. And those were very few in a 10 month period. They keep a warm home. They provided off street parking and easy access with digital locks on the entry door and bedroom door. There was easy access to the laundry. There was only one instance that I didnt have access to the laundry. Joe was refinishing the basement floor and he gave me plenty of warning to accommodate the inconvenience. This was as close to home as I could have dreamed of. All payments were met with receipts and the deposit was readily returned at the end of my stay. I highly recommend this home.
