I stayed in Unit C during the three months before my graduation, and it was a great experience! Amy is a communicative landlord who provided many necessary supplies for us. We did not need maintenance while I was with the property, but, from what I have seen, her response times are quick, and she is very amicable. She gave us advance notice when the property manager would be in the unit for upkeep and tours. It was an convenient stay that made my last three months of grad school that much easier! Pictures look exactly like the unit! Overall, would recommend!

Excellent Spot for Short Term Stays

I was a tenant in this apartment for two months during a summer internship I completed for law school, and was very impressed with the quality of my stay. The apartment is well-kept, well-stocked, and reasonably priced for its location. A, the property manager, was always highly responsive to my inquiries, and my time in Philadelphia was all the better for having stayed in this location.

Amazing stay for my internship in Philly

I lived here for 3 months during my internship in Philly and it was an amazing stay! Everything was fully furnished, which made moving in so easy and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed from day one. The location was super convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for. I stayed at this apartment for 5 months, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The landlord was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. The location is within walking distance to both CHOP and HUP, which was incredibly convenient for my work schedule. The neighborhood itself is quiet. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a long-term stay. Unit A

I stayed here for two consecutive school years and this place was so convenient and very affordable. It is within walking distance to Drexel University, and as a grad student on loans this apartment provided everything you needed pertaining to cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, and even toiletries. You cannot go wrong with this apartment and the landlords are so responsive with every concern you have and are willing to work with you to help improve your stay. Thank you for a great two years.

Beautiful Apartment!!!

I lived here for 4 months and it is a wonderful apartment. It is very clean and well equipped. Amy was super helpful and responded to direct requests if anything was needed. I loved that the kitchen had all the utensils provided. The location is perfect and you are well connected by the trolly which takes you directly to the center. You can walk to the UPenn in 15-20 minutes. I can definitely recommend it! Many thanks for the accommodation!

I have been living in this property for a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been such an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was, and how easy it was to move in. I also loved the modern and stylish decor. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home. The appliances and on-site amenities were top-notch and made daily life incredibly convenient. This place was built recently and so I could tell how new everything was. What truly stood out was the outstanding support from Amy, she is super responsive and was always available whenever I needed anything, she's truly awesome. The neighborhood has been really safe and friendly and I did not have any issues whatsoever. Its clear that a lot of care and attention have been put into making this place comfortable and welcoming. Location is great and minutes away from hospitals and center city. Definitely highly recommend!

The best ever.

Nice Comfortable, warm and cozy stay

This is a great stay 0.25 miles from presby hospital and 1.2 miles from CHOP and HUP. the 10 Line is around the corner 0.05 miles away and a great and easy access to center city, Trader Joes, and other great stops along the way.

Great Stay!

Great location, walking distance to Penn medicine and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The room, apartment, and amenities were as described. It was clean and quiet. Street parking was always easy to find as well. I had a great stay!

Cozy stay

I stayed in unit B second room - great comfortable stay with a responsive landlord. Private bathroom inside the room was the highlight of my stay. I also liked the natural light coming into the room and comfy bed and comforter. I recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay. A, the property manager, is always easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is located walking distance to Drexel and UPenn medicine. It is also about a mile away from Trader Joes! Good location and nice accommodations.
