MACAV Casita - Brand-New Casita Retreat in Quiet Orcutt Neighborhood

Perfect!

I stayed with Alicia for a whole summer and had a great experience. The home is comfortable and well equipped with anything you may need (I cook a lot so it was very handy) and I loved being greeted by her hens anytime I parked. Quiet neighborhood, private patio, attentive owners- I would have stayed longer if I could!

Beautiful casita

I couldnt be any happier with my stay at this furnished finder. Alicia was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was the perfect size for one person. It was beautiful with such attention to detail. It came fully equipped with all essentials I could need. The house gets a ton of natural light. I enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in patio. I get extremely safe in this location with private off street parking and lights that came on every time I pulled into the driveway. The location is convenient as you are a mile off the highway and within 20-30 minutes of hiking, beach access, and city life.

Amazing Stay

This property was everything I was looking for and more! In a super safe neighborhood and private entrance I really felt at home. The space is GORGEOUS perfect for me. Owner was super attentive and responsive and really helped make my experience great. I would 10/10 recommend if you want a nice place to look forward to coming back from after a long day at work. The patio was also amazing to sit and tan and read privately. The location is super central to everything and 25 minutes from Vandenberg base. Again I can't recommend this place enough!
