excellent stay (VVMC contract)

I had an excellent stay at Deborah’s place and would highly recommend it to other traveling professionals. The location is outstanding—within walking distance to Fry’s, FMC, the YMCA, and a newly opened Crunch Fitness. Whole Foods and downtown are a ~5min drive. There are also great running/hiking trails nearby, and the neighborhood itself is excellent for walks/runs. Space is larger than most rentals I’ve stayed in and very peaceful. Climate control worked well and I appreciated having cleaning supplies, dishwasher, and a W/D. Deborah was very respectful of privacy and boundaries, including on my days off. Communication was always easy and responsive. There is a designated parking spot that fit my 4-door sedan easily, plus additional street parking for visitors. Also enjoyed the large private balcony -- great for my workouts. Would absolutely stay here again. Bonus: If you have an EV, the home is only ~0.6 miles from FMC, making free overnight charging very feasible.

This is a very cozy and comfortable place to live in. It is about a 3 minute drive to the hospital and in a very safe and beautiful area. The bed was very comfortable and the place is very clean. You will have everything you need. I worked night shift and despite it being a basement apartment there was minimum to no noise. Deb was very sweet and helpful with anything you need and more. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would return.

This is a lovely, cozy, secure, space for any traveler! I am a travel nurse and my husband and I both spent three months at this property while I worked at Flagstaff Medical Center, and we were very comfortable here. This space is below the main house where the landlord lives, and has a separate entrance. The landlord is a delight to work with, and very fair and reasonable. Upon entering the condo, there is a kitchen with closable door, and up a small set of stairs a bathroom and laundry room. There is a comfortable king size bed and large TV. It feels more like a one bedroom condo rather than a studio. Large windows let the afternoon sun in, so it is light and feels spacious. I rode my bike to the hospital almost every day (yes even in winter!) and it's a 5-10 minute ride or a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!
