Eric is a great landlord and the property is clean and well maintained. I had a great stay! the buses were extremely convenient from the house and the area is friendly and safe.

Wonderful Stay

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was perfect safe and just a short walk to Maimonides Hospital, which was very convenient for my rotation. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place near Maimonides!

Charming

The apartment was beautiful, light and airy. I felt very safe there and in the neighborhood as well. Great location for public transportation going anywhere needed. Eric is a great landlord, respectful of space and responsive to any concerns. If I come back to Brooklyn I will definitely give Eric a call first.

I stayed here for a month and wholeheartedly recommend the apartment. It's a great choice for students. The apartment is beautiful and situated in a fantastic area. It was incredibly comfortable and convenient throughout my stay. Mr. Cruz and his father were exceptionally responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Great stay for students. It had the necessary kitchenware and linens which made it easy. Walking distance from maimo and also ~10 min walk to the R train. Large room is loud and bright so bring ear plugs and a mask. Safe area. Overall, great stay and Eric is very communicative and responsive.

I recently had the pleasure of living in a rental property in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and it was an excellent experience. The landlord and their family were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make the apartment feel like home. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all essential amenities, including the rare luxury of an in-unit washer and dryera significant advantage in Brooklyn! Nestled in a good neighborhood, the area was convenient for daily needs, with numerous shops and essentials within walking distance. I moved to NYC for a new job opportunity and found Mr. Cruz's property on Furnished Finders. Extremely clean and spacious, close to the B11 and a short walk to the R and D train. Lots of food options nearby as well. The neighborhood is very family friendly. Mr. Cruz was always very responsive and helpful. Will be coming back soon! Highly recommend

Convenient location

The place was nicely kept and had all the essentials I needed for the kitchen and bedroom. Eric was always very communicative and replied to texts right away. The other guests are usually students or workers in healthcare so everyones very quiet and respectful of each other. The larger room faces the main road so it would be noisy at times, but other than that I would highly recommend!

Great stay

I stayed here earlier this year while on my clinical rotations. Eric was extremely communicative and always made sure I had everything I needed. It was easy access to a lot of restaurants and transportation. Definitely would stay here again if I was back in the area!
