The unit has a seperate enterance accessible from the backyard. This is our home which we take good care of our property with a well maintained yard and garden. The neighborhood is in a peacful area of Seattle. You are just up the hill from the lake and large park. Close access to a bike trail that leads to a few of the hospitals in the area. Must be okay with our samll dog who can be curious.
