truly the best

I have lived in various housing situations, across the country, for several years now and this is THE BEST by far. It is clean, safe, quiet, walkable, and well located. Parking is guaranteed, which is nearly unheard of in this area. The building has laundry (literally across the hall from the unit) and an incredibly charming rooftop. The unit itself is equipped with all the items you could want and more, from furnishings to kitchen utensils to spare linens and everything in between. The real game changer, though, is the owner G. She is highly efficient, reasonable, personable, and responsive. On the rare occasion that I needed assistance with something in the unit, she would have it resolved before I even had time to worry. Highly highly recommend this listing.
