Our unit is for one person only. It does not have a stove top, but has an air fryer, microwave and outdoor gas grill. It is located on a canyon with inspiring views and access to tables and lounge chairs for outdoor dining. Washer and dryer access available for an additional fee.

The property offers a great view and minor essential, but not everything... at least for me. The hosts are wonderful people. They are kind and went out of their way to give me a detailed list of places to check out nearby, which was helpful, because visiting SD for the first time is a little overwhelming with the amount of places there are to choose from. The bed is very firm, there was not a freezer (now there is, mini), no access to laundry was a bit of big deal for me, there's one vent for A/C in the space and there is no control for it on the tenant side, and not having a stove top or oven was a bit of big deal for me as well since I personally like to meal prep. The home is beautiful and the hosts are great, but it was not everything for me. This would be a comfortable stay for a quick weekend or maybe stretch out to a week, but I personally couldn't stay for an extended period of time with the essentials I'm used to back at my permanent home. Thank you for the stay!

My wife and I occupy the top two stories of this house. The bottom story is all yours! We are quiet academic types with no pets. We're friendly but respect privacy. We're excited to support traveling medical professionals!
