Thank you!
We had the pleasure of staying in this property for four months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived the home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. But what made the stay exceptional, was Rachael and Brady's hospitality. They were responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy, while still being available if we ever needed anything. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests needs, comfort, and overall experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable long-term stay!!
Best Stay in Rochester!
I stayed in Rachael's place while traveling for work at the end of 2024. The house is beautifully remodeled, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything from the furniture, bedding, linens, and amenities were brand new. The location was super close to work for me, and made commuting a breeze. The home was sparkling clean when I arrived, and Rachael made the check in-process a breeze. She was able to send a lease electronically, and I could even pay my rent online. It honestly felt like I owned my own home. The next time I'm on contract in Rochester, this will be my first choice!
2 month stay.
My family rented this home out last summer for 2 months. We have a toddler and at the time a newborn. Ill start off by saying the street is quiet and has nice neighbors. My husband arrived first and was told he could only park on the street but we were told originally we would have onsite parking in the driveway. We had to park both cars across the street instead so whoever was renting the Airbnb in the back could use driveway. So lugging a baby car seat and toddler back and forth was not very fun. The remodel is nice, furniture is nice but was not the furniture in the pictures when we booked. (Pictures had round coffee table and round dining table) new stuff was all sharp corners so not toddler friendly but the landlords did buy us guards for the corners. The stairs in the house are very steep and the basement steps are extremely steep and unstable. One day the railing came out causing me to almost fall down them. If you are tall you will have to sit on your butt to go down the basement stairs the ceiling is very low. I would say the rental is fine if you do not have kids. I would have refrained from writing a review because sometimes fully furnished houses dont have exactly what you need but Upon leaving, we were told a full walk through couldnt be done(counting and what not) so just a Quick Look around was done. We were told everything looked great. We soon after received only part of our security deposit back.. they had charged us for bleach stains on towels which were already there and the towels were very old.. we did not use bleach because of our newborn.. we were charged for bowls missing, a stained dish towel, an ironing board missing that was never there, and 2 blanket throws that I hung up on the downstairs blanket rack. So if you book this place make sure everything is good to go when you get there and make sure you have them go through everything with you again when you leave.
