You get what you pay for!
The property was exactly what I anticipated. It was quiet and private. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and I know they looked out for my company truck. Plenty of amenities nearby going towards Apple Valley. Surrounding mountains in the distance and the soothing sounds of birds give it an additional quality of serenity. I would stay here again! I definitely got what I paid for.

Perfect Peace!
This host provides a modern space with privacy, comfort and safety. A place like home. Rented here for 10 months without any problems and no dissapointments. So nice to have drinkable filtered water that is great for hair and skin! So convenient to have full size appliances and washer/dryer. On top of that, a professional and gracious host. - August to June 2025 -

This private guest house was the perfect place to stay while working in Apple Valley! Mr. Sam was the most accommodating host and he takes pride in making sure that your stay is like being at home. I loved staying here. It was close enough to LA to visit but far enough away to not get stuck in traffic all the time. Beautiful space that is perfect for one person. Loved the full kitchen and in unit laundry. Host was so friendly but gave me my space. My time is California was amazing in part due to knowing where i was staying was safe and relaxing as well as being easily accessible to other places to visit.
