Houston rental unicorn: great house, even better landlord

We rented this house for almost two years, and I’m fairly confident Henry is what happens when a landlord is also just… a good person. Henry was fast to communicate, easygoing, and genuinely collaborative. Best example: when Hurricane Beryl knocked out power for days (not his fault), he proactively offered rent relief anyway. Need landscaping? Handled quickly. Lease logistics? Flexible and reasonable. Move-out? Smooth and fair. Location is excellent: minutes to Med Center and downtown/midtown, with H-E-B close by. Neighbors were unreal—our mail got misdelivered early on and they always brought it over. Packages could sit outside for days untouched. Side yard was perfect for a pup. Inside: great showers + a standalone tub, fast internet, a cozy office, Samsung Frame tv, and a spacious primary bedroom with tall ceilings and an extremely comfortable bed. If you rent here with Henry, you won the Houston housing lottery (and unlike CenterPoint, this one is reliable).
