Quiet and Comfortable

I rented for 7 months, only left because I prefer a larger kitchen. Landlords are helpful, but not busy bodies. Plenty of amenities and laundry room is close and convenient. Quiet neighborhood, good location with shopping nearby including Sam's and Costco. Great for short stays.

4 Week Stay

I stayed here for 4 weeks. Place is nicely tucked away in the back of a neighborhood. It was an easy 15 min drive to either Largo, Clearwater or Dunedin and 25 minutes to St Pete. The apartment was as pictured on the listing. It is attached to a main house with a shared laundry room. It is fully private though. The amenities offered all work. Carmen is a great host. She checks in to make sure you are settled and was very prompt in answering texts through the messaging portal. I would recommend this to anyway that needs a place in the Clearwater area for a 1-3 month stay even longer if you needed it.

Great Place to Stay

C is a great host and the location is really convenient to everything. She provided everything you need to be comfortable and was available if needed. It was private, quiet, clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend to stay here and I would return if I am in the area. Nice neighborhood, felt safe.
