Super plesant and cute

We loved this cute house, the location, size, how everything is functional, clean and organized. Loved to spend time outside, very nice back yard, enjoyed the greenery and also to walk in the neighboorhood/ young circle, the beach.... Definately will be back.

Comfortable, well-located small home

Briza del Mar was an excellent short-term furnished rental. Our family (my daughter and I and her two year old son) appreciated the recently updated kitchen and bathrooms. The 3/2 configuration made living there very manageable and comfortable. Simply but adequately furnished, we enjoyed the uncluttered environment. The fenced back yard, quite shaded much of the day, provided a safe place for two-year old play and adult outside enjoyment. The neighborhood is quiet, attractive and inviting for walks. A major community park is only a block away, and the homes location is very convenient to shopping, eating out, and the beach. The landlord, Dan, couldnt have been more solicitous, compassionate, or conscientious. He generously responded to our requests (e.g. he purchased a picnic table for the back yard) and always answered any questions in minutes. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent this property again.
