There is a small backyard with a BBQ. It is close to the local coffee shop and breakfast Cafe, with a local family winery in town and one of the best dining experiences on the Central Coast directly across the street. Close to many wineries and beaches, the Central Coast speaks for itself.

This is a very nice stand-alone apartment home, with a small adjacent backyard, bbq, and gate. It's a one bedroom one bath place, however if you have guests there is room in the front living room for at least two more guests. Santa Margarita is a very quiet, small town with San Luis Obispo and Atascadero only 10 minutes away.

Wonderful Furnished Finder Stay in Santa Margarita
I had a great stay at Byron’s place in Santa Margarita. Byron was attentive and responsive, the water pressure was excellent (huge plus), and the bed was very comfortable. Location is a win: it’s right next to The Porch and The Range (hands down some of the best steaks in the county), so be prepared to gain a little happy weight. There’s also a mini market next door with all the essentials, which made quick runs super convenient without needing a full grocery trip. I’d absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back to Byron’s place soon.

Loved this place!
Santa Margarita is a cute, quiet little town! The apartment is located in the tiny downtown area with restaurants and shops. It felt like home and had everything we needed! There is a loft upstairs which serves as a bedroom and a half bath. Downstairs full bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Tons is storage which is great for healthcare workers! Thanks for the great hospitality and space!
