Nice Stay!
Kathy is very nice and a good landlord, very informative about letting you what is happening within and around the property and really into the environment and eco friendly/recycling. With that being said there are a lot of construction sounds and various projects that seem to be going on a lot. If you work night shift or just want general peace and quiet/privacy this might not be the best place for you. The main door the stairs allows a lot of sound to come in, so often times you can hear full conversations upstairs. There is not oven, but I made it work quite well with a microwave, air fryer/nuwave and cooktop provided for my needs. Overall it's a good find for the price!
