Grateful 2BR APT 6 mins to Uptown Charlotte

Great experience!

I had a great time here, as I stayed here for several weeks due to work. Kathy is very communicative and willing to assist wherever needed. Everything worked as advertised, and there are several stores within a short distance.

Its all good hood

I absolutely love this place and am only leaving because K has a bigger space available for me and my new puppy. This apartment is immaculate, with a never-ending supply of hot water and a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. The environment is serene and private, with no disturbances, making it a perfect retreat. Its prime location, just minutes from uptown, adds to its appeal. If I didnt need more space for my puppy, I wouldnt be moving out. K, the landlord, is a delight to work with. Shes incredibly sweet, responsive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. The internet is reliable, and all the amenities are modern and comfortable. K has done an outstanding job furnishing the place, making it cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here; it has truly been a wonderful experience. I will miss this place dearly.
