Safe neighborhood, but terrible property

Like the title says, it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. That's the only good thing to say about it. When I moved in, there were no cooking utensils except an excess of silverware (no pots, pans, cups, etc.). There is a fireplace that doesn't work. The plumbing was backed up for two months, and I had to shower and pee in the vacant unit next door. Bugs were an issue. No lighting was installed in the parking lot, and you couldn't see anything until I made multiple complaints. The landlord has unrealistic expectations for the parking lot, and cars are frequently blocking each other in. The "fenced in" yard had a huge hole in it, leading to a yard with aggressive dogs until I blocked it with random debris. The yard is a mud pit, so enjoy having muddy pets. Your neighbors control your router and your air conditioning. One washer/dryer for 5 units. And neighbors frequently remove your stuff mid cycle as a result. Deposit takes 6 weeks to return for some reason?
