Great apartment

The unit had the essentials including a great kitchen. The furnishing and appliances were new or like new. Had plenty of space, and everything was nicely laid out. Great location. I appreciated my stay here, and I would definitely stay here again.

Magnolia

I stayed in a different unit by the same owners & had a great stay. Very close to the hospital I was working at. Had off street parking. Washer & dryer in the unit & the inside of the unit was very nicely renovated. They were always responsive when I had any issues. I was on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator since it is an older building, so it can be difficult moving your stuff. Overall, I would recommend.

Great Stay

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, it was perfect retreat after long shifts with black out curtains (perfect for night shift nurses). The apartment had all the necessities I needed, and there was a lovely park right across the street for some fresh air. I appreciate being within walking distance to great food spots and local shops. Nadja was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress free. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Missouri!

Cute & close to everything!

I loved my stay here! I took a contract at BJC which is only a 9 minute drive from this location. This apartment is also close to SLU hospital and Chaifetz arena if you're a sports fan! The landord was super responsive and incredibly timely if anything needed to be done. The place is newly renovated so they are always on top of fixing things and adding to it to make it better. The space is well thought out and I had plenty of room to accommodate my things. I felt safe in the area and I thought it was relatively close to anywhere I wanted to go. I would recommend this apartment to others :)
