Best Place to Stay in Eugene

I stayed here for a month and I couldn't have picked a better place to be. First, the place has very new and lightly used appliances. The whole place is very clean and updated. Second, it is in a quiet neighborhood towards the back surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. I never had to worry about any noise bothering me while I worked. Lastly, the most important part, you will never find a better landlord. Richard is very reasonable, on top of things when needed, and is always there to help. He wants to make sure you have a great experience and always goes above and beyond! I could not recommend this place more!
