Highly recommend

I highly recommend this property. The landlord has been great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions Ive had during my stay here. The house is well kept, clean, and close to many great attractions downtown.

Great Host and Home in the Heart of Downtown Indy!

This home was an awesome way to spend the week in downtown Indy. The property itself is 5 minutes from all of the convention/night-life areas and has very accessible free parking. The yard and exterior were very well maintained. The room I stayed in on the main level felt like home. The host did an awesome job prepping things and having amentities I normally would not expect to be provided. She went above and beyond. The 3 large living areas made for a great stay as well, being able to relax and get things done while not in meetings. I will definitely stay here or one of the hosts other properties again and cannot recommend highly enough!

Trust me - you want to live here!

I absolutely adored my time in Big Blue! I was new to the Indy area and moving into a home where I was able to meet other people was such a fun way to start building new community. The owner, Kelsey, is extremely responsive and does a wonderful job of maintaining the property, communicating, navigating tenant relationships, and making the place feel like home. The home itself is beautiful on the inside and out. It is spacious and even living with 4 other people, I really felt like I only saw people when I wanted to see them. The kitchen is beautiful and has enough space for multiple tenants, bathrooms are spacious & theres additional storage (huge for me, I had a lot of stuff)! I could not recommend this place more. I loved being close to DT and while there are characters nearby, I never felt unsafe walking alone around the area. A bonus was also having utilities included as I always knew what my monthly payment would be. Id still live there if I hadnt moved to Denver!!
