Broken heat

Overall my experience here was not great. The biggest issue during my tenancy was the lack of heat in the unit during winter. Despite notifying the landlord multiple times and asking repeatedly for repairs, the issue was never fixed. This happened during a period of extremely cold weather where temperatures reached around -45° with the windchill. I lived under a heated blanket and the apartment never reached above 60°. Living without reliable heat in those conditions was not only uncomfortable but genuinely concerning for my health and safety. Another reason, was the landlord said he'd give me my full deposit back only if I write a very nice review, if not he will take out the cleaning fee ranging from $150-$350.

Excellent Choice

High recommendation. Very clean, spacious w/ blackout curtains, dual nightstands w/ lamps. Large screen TV, reliable WiFi, generous parking & top notch snow removal. Quiet neighborhood convenient to a great locally-owned grocery, Italian restaurant, coffee shop, trail & little garden for your own piece of solitude. 5-min walk Well-appointed Kitchen w/ quality appliances. If we needed anything, Russell was very responsive. We had a couple requests the 1st day or two, then no need for the rest of our stay. Loved water filter pitcher, & large high-end washer & dryer. When we needed to extend our lease, Russell was very accommodating. Bonus-Seeing the community Christmas tree from apt.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

Great place to stay during a nursing contract! It's within walking distance to the local grocery store. Also has black out curtains and a comfortable bed to make sure sleeping isn't an issue while you're here would definitely recommend staying here if work is close by!

This apartment was truly a great find! From the very beginning, Russell was super helpful and always easy to reach. He is very attentive to detail and truly cares about his tenants and the property. The apartment was so clean upon our arrival and had all of the essentials and more that we needed to start our contract. The apartment is very spacious and it is really nice having in-unit laundry. Also, there is plenty of FREE parking in the complex parking lot or on-street parking if preferred (our preference was the parking lot, but there is plenty of spots in the lot or on the street). The location is also FANTASTIC! We felt so safe in the apartment and in the community. Russell even has installed interior and exterior security cameras at the complex entrances for an extra layer of security. Great walking areas and again, very safe! There is a pharmacy and grocery store all within walking distance which is a huge plus.

SAFE, clean, & quiet!!

Property was clean, quiet, and extremely safe! I worked 2nd shift so I always arrived home at night, but the outside is well lit and there are security cameras to ensure your safety. Russell is a great landlord; super attentive and nice! Hes always available if you have any questions or suggestions for the unit!! Great location, close to everything. Wished my contract would have lasted a little longer! Would definitely rent here again!

Good place

This was a good place to stay as a traveler. Safe and nice neighborhood with two coffee shops across the streets. Easy access to any important place you may need to go in Madison area. Landlord Russel was helpful and very easy to get along with.

Amazing place!!

This is a great place to stay!! Super safe neighborhood and walking distance to various restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Only about 15-20 minute drive to Madison. The landlord is very helpful and nice, and responds very quickly. The place is a great size and comes with everything you would need. I would book again if I happen to come back to the area!

The Best Place in Verona!

This unit is such an amazing, convenient atmosphere! The complex is updated very nicely in the living space, kitchen, and bathrooms, and its walking distance to multiple coffee shops, grocery stores, and fun shops to walk around in. Additionally, the landlord is super sweet, and if theres ever a concern or issue, he will be there to help or fix it. Overall, it was an amazing stay in a very quiet part of Verona.

This is a cozy, quiet, and safe area to sta y. The landlord is very nice and attentive to all your concerns. I had a concern, and he didn't stop until I was satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend you check it out. It's also has stores and restaurants within walking distance.

This apartment has been great! Russell made sure to always be available if we had any issues and we were supplied with everything we couldve needed. The whole apartment building is very clean, and the furniture is great! There are multiple security cameras and locks, me and my roommates feel very safe. The parking lot in the back is nice. It is a great location, with a grocery store and many coffee shops nearby!

This property was very clean. Convenient to grocery stores and amenities and local highways. The property was located in a quiet location. The host was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended.

Accomodation

This property was an ideal accommodation for my travel nurse contract at UW health main campus. Russel was responsive and helpful. The place was clean and safe.

Exceptional Stay

In five years of travel nursing, I have not found a more sincere and accommodating property owner/manager. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to UW Health System as well as local amenities. Russel is easy to reach and communicate with. He genuinely care for both his property and the people he rents to. Quick to respond and easy to reach, he is by far the easiest and most compassionate owner/manager I have had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property and any other property Russel owns/manages.

the property is very clean and nice. host is responsive and takes great care of it and is very quick to respond to any concerns you may have. he even picked up a new tv at my request. highly recommend
