Patricia's property made us feel like we were right at home. With it being easy to communicate on anything we needed this was a perfect place to stay for the past 2 months. Everything we could have asked for from spacious rooms to a modern kitchen and a relaxing living room. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic so it makes you always feel safe. Would recommend this modern home to anyone.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 6mos in Tampa. The rooms are all a great size, the kitchen was updated with new appliances, the backyard was stunning, & there was plenty of parking. It was clean & came stocked with everything you need to cook, bathe, relax & enjoy your stay. The landscapers came often, so the outside was always manicured, & we didnt have to worry about a thing. The house is nestled in the quaintest neighborhood with the nicest neighbors. I felt very safe. It is also near two shopping centers, so you dont have to go far for your needs. The close proximity to restaurants, the highway & the airport was also very convenient. C & P are the epitome of the perfect hosts. Not only are they the nicest people, but they were incredibly attentive & answered our calls/texts immediately. Any issues (rare) were addressed within 24hrs, and sometimes they just called to check in. We can't wait to visit again! Do not pass up on this perfect home.
