John's place fit my needs perfectly. I moved here for a job at VCU Health in November 2023 and ended up extending both my contract at the hospital and my lease at this home for an entire year. This home is well situated in the museum district, making it easily walkable to shops and restaurants in multiple directions. At the end of the ally behind the house, you'll find delicious smoothies and coffee isn't far away either. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was always easy to find. The renters above and below were hardly noticeable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the basic amenities. And John was always a quick text away should I have ever needed anything. This is a great spot and I would highly recommend it for anyone heading to Richmond. *Furnished Finder wouldn't let me select dates over a year ago but I was here 11/2023 to 11/2024
