Three blocks from UWMC Northwest, walking distance to Mediterranean and Indian restaurant, quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors with a block watch. Near Burke-Gilman trail (if you want to bike to work), half mile from Light Rail, 1 block to bus. Half mile to shops and park.

Pam's place is great! I lived here for 1.5 years and am only moving because I'm getting married and need a bigger space for 2 people. You'll have everything you need for cooking, the washer and dryer are great to have in unit, and there's plenty of storage. There's also a lot of natural light which is great for Seattle during the winter months. Private parking directly outside of the cottage is a huge bonus too! Pam is extremely responsive when/if issues arise. Anything I brought to her attention was fixed the same day or the following day.

I have a friendly indoor cat and you might see me taking him for a harness walk around the yard. I am self-employed as a tele-mental health therapist, and have worked in Seattle-area health care settings for nearly 20 years. I love to support our health care workers!
