Great Stay! Felt like home

We did a long term stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was super convenient to everything. As Clemson students it was a short commute to classes but also only 20 minutes to downtown Greenville. The property was super clean and the host was very responsive and accommodating! We highly recommend this property and would happily stay again .

Disappointed

The landlord was very responsive. No disappointments there. The issues we reported were handled quickly. But it wasn’t clean when we moved in. It smelled really bad but we didn’t have anywhere we could go so we stayed. Make sure you take a full house video or lots of pictures. They dinged us for things that were preexisting but we didn’t have any way to prove it. Don’t expect to be comfortable. The couch is awful. The Queen beds were comfortable but the twins were not.

Thank you for your feedback. However it completely contrast the text we were sent post check out which reflected you all were happy with your stay. Were glad to hear that our responsiveness and attention to reported issues met your expectations during your stay. We do want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Prior to your move-in, we provided pictures of the propertys condition, and any concerns brought to our attention during your tenancy were addressed promptly. At no point during the nearly six-month stay were concerns regarding cleanliness, odor, or furniture comfort formally reported, which would have allowed us the opportunity to resolve them. Regarding the condition at move-out, the home required additional cleaning and repairs beyond normal wear and tear. With multiple occupants, including children and pets, there was increased impact on the property, which necessitated professional cleaning and maintenance. I understand your frustration due to security deposit deductions were based solely on these factors, and we did not charge for all items that required attention. Despite this, nearly half of the deposit was still refunded. We strive to provide a well-maintained and comfortable home for all guests and take feedback seriously. We also encourage open communication during a stay so that any concerns can be addressed in real time. This review feels very retaliatory however weve provided you with before and after pics to support everything. Best of luck.
