Couldn't have asked for a better stay for my rotation!!!

I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for short-term housing! The family was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my entire stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Having my own washer and dryer was such a huge convenience, and I especially appreciated having a dedicated room where I could study and focus. The location was perfectright off the highway, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. One of my favorite parts was being so close to the river walk, where I could go for beautiful sunset walks after long days. The neighborhood itself was also very safe and great for walking. Only 20 minutes from downtown Lancaster where there is tons of shopping as well. Overall, this was the perfect home away from home, and I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience!

I totally agree with Emilys other tenets . The living space is perfect for my 6 month contract in York. Commute to work was an easy 20 minutes, and Lancaster was maybe 15 minutes. If you do not wanna travel far for shopping, everything you would need is in Columbia (a clean, quiet, historic town) I really enjoyed the river trail for walks and bike rides. I was very fortunate to find her place. The third floor studio has everything I needed for my work week. Including a washer/dryer, which is definitely a bonus! Emily is an excellent host and her family is very friendly and respectful of my privacy. I never felt the need to lock my door. My favorite thing about my time at the Reddings home is every time I arrived I was happily greeted by the families 2 sweet dogs, Dawson and Dakota! You will not regret your stay here. In the future. I hope I get the opportunity to stay at Emilys other properties in Nashville and Ocean City!

Home away from home!

Well what can I say about my 3 months at the Redding homestead? Just that, it was as close to my own home as it gets right down to Dawson and Dakota who kept me company especially those moments when I was missing home (and my dog Finn) the most. Emily, Chris and their 3 sweet girls became my surrogate family. I never once locked my door as I always felt safe. Their beautiful home is right in the middle of all the action with all the sights, shopping and restaurants you could imagine to keep you busy. Philadelphia is an hour one way and Baltimore an hour the other. I was never bored! So to Emily and Chris, thank you for opening your home and sharing your family with strangers! Rest assured, we are strangers no more! To anyone thinking about booking here, you wont be disappointed! I promise! Until we meet again, stay happy and healthy - Kelly PS - I miss yall!

Perfect place to stay

This apartment was absolutely perfect while I was on assignment at Wellspan York. It was close enough to the hospital for my callback time and was safe and comfortable. The space has complete privacy and all of the appliances an apartment needs (washer/dryer, air dryer, refrigerator space, TVs, internet, storage space, etc.). Finding housing in this area that is both affordable and comfortable proved to be a difficult task, and this place was perfect! The host was flexible, friendly, considerate, and a pleasure to rent from. (She fielded MANY Amazon deliveries for me!) :) The neighborhood is safe and cute and has great places to walk/run, eat, and explore. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the host and property for a stay close to York.
