Perfect North PB Home
I stayed here for four months and absolutely loved it. The location is really unbeatablean easy walk to the beach, with a great coffee shop next door and friendly locals who made me feel right at home. I spent most mornings out on the balcony and it quickly became my favorite spot for a glass of wine in the evenings. Francis, the landlord, was incredibly accommodating and made my move from DC to San Diego so much smoother. Apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Truly a special placeI cant recommend it enough!

Amazing rental!
This apartment I rented for 3 months and wish I could have stayed forever! Francis was a great host and provided everything you may need for your stay. The apartment is located in the great area of North Pacific beach where you can walk anywhere! Theres an amazing coffee shop steps away and the beach is only 2.5 blocks. The building also has a gym and pool which was very convenient! I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sunrise in the morning from there. Francis was so accommodating I would highly recommend staying here!

Home away from home
F and T were so accommodating and helpful allowing us to stay in their home! They were always very responsive if we needed anything and happy to help us settle into the neighborhood. The unit itself is in immaculate condition and has everything you may need during your time in PB. We were truly able to settle in and call this place our home during our stay in PB. The view from the unit is amazing and it is easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everyone in the building is friendly and the pool is so nice to have. Highly recommend staying here if you can!
