Beautiful private lower level apartment 1 br, bath, living room, kitchenette utilities included

Clean, spacious, and private

Cristal is an exceptional host! I had an amazing time staying in this apartment, and the check-in process was super smooth. When I got involved in an accident on one of the snowy days, Cristal was incredibly kind and lent me her car for a bit - huge help! The apartment itself was spotless, comfy, and clearly well-maintained. I'd totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill, private, and well-managed spot.

Spacious and clean!

This clean, 1 bedroom basement apartment was perfect for me! It has a huge living room with a smart TV, 2 large closets, good water pressure in the shower, nice size bedroom with a queen bed, and a walk-out deck. The kitchenette was fine for me, since I don't do big cooking. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and electric frying pan, which is all I needed. The landlord is nice, and helpful in answering questions about the area. No appliances or plumbing malfunctioned while I was there.
