Winter in Wilmington
My husband and I spent the winter in Wilmington and rented this home from Rachel. From the beginning she was easy to work with and friendly. We spent 3 months in her home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet area that felt safe with other families around but also a quick 20-minute drive one way and you're in Carolina Beach and 20 minutes the other way and you're downtown Wilmington near the Riverwalk. Very centrally located. We didn't run into any issues during our stay, but when we did need to reach out to Rachel, she was quick in responding. We have 2 cats and there were no issues with bringing them with us. Which was very important to us. We recommend for anyone looking for a short-term rental.
