This 2 room unit is the entire first floor of my condo.

It has a completely private, gated entrance and a large private patio with fountains, fire pit, and sunset views to die for.

The private entrance is up a small hill, so the unit is not ideal for those with mobility issues. The unit itself has no stairs.

There is one light-filled bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and nice cotton bedding.
