Industrial Short North Condo

Best location!

My favorite part of this property is the location. Across the street is North Star Cafe. I would grab breakfast and sometimes dinner with my husband. If we wanted a nicer meal down the street were so many walkable options. Ive walked and/or driven to the Krogers Grocery Store. Ive walked to yoga and the gym and run on the nearby running trail. Doing laundry is a breeze with both washer/dryer units inside the apt. The decor is cute and the apartment itself is roomy and comfortable. The main area is an open plan with the living, dining and kitchen in the same area. Very big. The bedroom is cozy and the bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the common area. I loved staying here! I also liked the dedicated parking space in the back. As a female I liked coming home from the bars and having the front street entrance. Very visible and always felt safe with that as the street has plenty of pedestrian traffic.
