Perfect

My wife and I stayed here for a month. The location was centrally located in Hixson. The condo is close to many amenities and freeways, making the trip to downtown Chattanooga and the hospitals a piece of cake. The kitchen had utensils/pots& pans needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. We will definitely try to rent here next time we visit Chattanooga.

Amazing

It's really hard to find affordable pet friendly housing in a great area, but this place is the best! Just 18 minutes for me to get to parkridge, close to all major shopping without feeling like you are crowded. Having the washer and dryer right there is such a blessing! I would totally beg to stay if I got another contract out there.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood

Great location, easy access to Chattanooga and surrounding local communities. Owner was super responsive when we reached out. Space for two cars and we appreciated the in unit laundry. However, the unit was not well stocked and missing some basic supplies. We felt the cleaning fee was particularly high given the state when we moved in and the extensive cleaning instructions given at move out. Remote work was tough since nearly all outlets are two prongs instead of three.

Hixson Great location

This property is perfect for anyone needing a good place to stay. Has everything you need to feel at home. The owner was VERY easy to contact and quickly answered any questions I had. Hixson is on a quieter side of Chattanooga and still close to anywhere you want to be. Visiting family, travel nurses, people shopping for a house (me) can get to any part of the city whether hospitals, shopping, or restaurants - it is all close and very convenient. But this apartment is the best. The beds are firm but comfortable as you sink in. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs (except no pizza wheel. Knives worked just fine) The bath has great water pressure and fluffy towels. The TV couch was comfortable and more importantly we were able to access anything we wanted, including our subscriptions to Disney+ and Netflix. If you are trying to figure out a place to stay, I grew up up in Chattanooga and I promise this is a great place and location

Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was conveniently located to all major stores but far enough out that I had peace and quiet. The property owner was quick to respond to any concerns while staying at this property. I would definitely recommend this property!

Tranquil Hixson House

My stay at this property was nothing short of pleasant! The apartment was very and clean and quiet. Had I not seen the neighbor, I wouldnt have known I had one. Everything inside of the apartment is just as the owner says, new and in excellent working order. Memory foam beds were very comfortable. Shopping and entertainment is just up on the main road, so I didnt have to go far for anything. My commute to work downtown was quick and traffic-free in the mornings. Owner is very responsive with any issues or concerns I had. This place is a steal especially for the price youre paying!
