Beautiful, and cozy home near hospitals

Me and my family (including pets) travel the US for work. This is our second time to Springfield and happened across Eric Anderson's places here on FF. Thank goodness for him and hospitality because after being in a hotel for a long time we were about to go home to NC. Eric went above and beyond for us, and still is to this day. We ended up extending our contract and are now here for 2 years or more. This is our second stay with him and he always makes adjustments when needed to make things work. He answers his phone right away when needed, even if it's just to ask about things in the area. To be honest we would/will not stay anywhere else, but his listings while we are here.

Great Property with Yard Close to the Hospitals!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Just 3 blocks from Memorial Hospital. The house is great, recently redone - nice neutral decor and a really nice refrigerator and oven/stove! There was plenty of space for 2-3 people to live comfortably. Free laundry, air hockey, and an arcade game in a clean basement. We are dog people, and this place was perfect! A fully fenced backyard is a must. Bonus: the home is on one level (just two steps up) because one of our dogs dislikes steps. Tandem parking with a garage makes access easy. No battling for on-street parking. The street has some traffic but is pretty quiet. Included utilities and WiFi make the price point one of the best in town for the size and amenities it offers. You can pay $1k+ more/month for trendier decor, but this was perfect for our traveling family. The landlord was super helpful in finding a place. We needed a place in a pinch. He manages multiple properties, and delivered the next day. Solid 5 stars for the rent.
