The apartment is conveniently located between the downtown area and the Valley. We are 1/2 mile from the grocery store and gas station, 5 minutes to the airport, and 10 minutes to the Mendenhall Glacier. We have water and mountain views. We have a bike path directly in front of the house that connects from Downtown Juneau all the way past our home to the glacier.

Our space is cozy and conveniently located for quick access to the Mendenhall Valley or downtown. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the hospital!
Neighborhood overview
The apartment is conveniently located between the Valley and Downtown Juneau. We are not in a subdivision, we live on a single driveway that is shared by two homes. We have a city transit stop directly at the bottom of our driveway and we are 1/2 mile from the local grocery store. Our home gets plenty of light and is tucked off the 2 lane road.

Very safe rental. Owner Penny is very communicative and very easy to deal with. Place is very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need close to grocery bus stop right in front of house.
